All prescription medicines supplied by us require a valid prescription issued by a qualified UK-registered prescriber. Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our prescribing team. We may request additional information, recommend alternative treatments, or refer you to your GP where clinically appropriate. Prescriptions cannot be transferred to third-party pharmacies unless required by law.
Payment is required in full at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store full card details on our systems. If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked Royal Mail or courier service to your specified UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or events outside our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe location is agreed. We cannot be held liable for medicines lost or damaged after a confirmed delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and a refund cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of prescription medicines.
Prescription medicines cannot be returned or resold once dispensed, in accordance with UK medicines legislation. If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Our services do not replace the advice of your regular GP or NHS healthcare provider. The information and treatments provided are intended to complement, not substitute, your primary healthcare. You should always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications carry risks and potential side effects. It is your responsibility to read all patient information supplied with your medicine and to contact us or seek emergency medical assistance if you experience adverse effects. In a medical emergency, always call 999.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is handled securely and confidentially. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
